European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries to visit the Faroe Islands
The Faroese Minister of Fisheries Mr Jacob Vestergaard will be hosting an official visit by the European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Ms Maria Damanaki to the Faroe Islands on the 11 and 12 December 2013.
During the visit, the Minister of Fisheries and the European Commissioner will discuss issues of mutual interest.
The visit by the European Commissioner is taking place upon invitation from the Faroese Minister of Fisheries.
